Signature Requirements for Delivery
At Eye for Gems we require a signature for delivery regardless of any waivers you have from FedEx®. These requirements are for your protection. If you would like to arrange delivery to a FedEx® location
We know that jewelry is often given as a surprise, we would love to assist you with this process, please follow the instructions below regarding Shipping to an Alternate Address. Or contact one of our jewelry consultants to assist you in your request.
You can also ship to your nearest FedEx® location to hold for pickup, when signing in put the ship to address to the FedEx® location that will hold packages. A photo ID is required to release the package.

*Eye for Gems will ship only to a street address, not a P.O. Box address.
Alternate Shipping Address
If shipping to an address other than your billing address please choose PayPal® Invoice at Checkout. We will send an invoice to you to be paid online. Once PayPal® clears the payment we will process the order. If your address is unconfirmed please call PayPal® and confirm your address, they are happy to assist, 1-888-221-1161. This is for your protection and security. We have found our customers appreciate the extra protection. All phone orders please contact our customer service representative to process the order by Email. If you are shipping to another address Eye for Gems will ship your order to the nearest Hold For Pick-Up with FedEx® or Registered United States Postal Service (USPS)® hold for pickup. You can get assistance on finding these locations by visiting FedEx® and finding locations that do Hold for Pickup. *We do not ship internationally.
Does Eye for Gems charge sales tax?
Currently, sales tax is collected on orders shipped to addresses in New York state and Arizona. This is because our products are made in NY and they are shipped from the office is in NY.
